Drop in for light lunches, hearty soups, and sweet treats. We prepare a variety of seasonal dishes and daily specials sourced from local produce whenever possible. In autumn, you might find an apple pie made with apples from our very own orchard, or in colder months, a piping hot bowl of our gardener’s soup to warm you up​.

One thing you absolutely must try are our scones – we’re famous for them! Baked fresh each morning, our scones (fruit, plain, or cheese) have become a destination in their own right. Enjoy them with butter and jam or as part of our cream tea for a special occasion. We also serve an array of cakes, traybakes, and desserts – there’s always a new treat to discover under the cake domes.

Of course, what’s a tea room without tea? We serve quality loose-leaf teas in china cups for that authentic experience, alongside barista coffee, hot chocolates (don’t miss our special kid-friendly hot chocolate with marshmallows and sprinkles!), and a selection of cold drinks. There’s something for everyone, from the youngest visitors to the young-at-heart​.
